During the exhibition QUILLING – devotional creations from cloistered orders (5 April – 2 September 2012) Pinacoteca Agnelli offers guided tours and workshops for adults.
In collaboration with students of Jewellery Design of IED Torino, adults will realize precious objects, frames, covers, journals, jewelry.
A seemingly simple material like paper can give life to precious and beautiful objects to show and to wear.

EX LIBRIS

Visitors will be encouraged to design and create personalized objects such as bookplates, with the help of students of Jewellery Design of IED Torino. A book, a calendar, a diary will become the unique and precious objects made with paper.

JEWELS OF PAPER
Tuesday, May 8 and 15 at 1pm
Wednesday, May 23 at 5pm

Participants will be guided by students of Jewellery Design of IED Torino Torino to design and create a jewel of paper or a necklace. After an initial sketching each participant will carry out the jewel with antique flavor but a contemporary style inspired by typical paperoles.

FRAMES
Wednesday, June 6 at 17.00

Some students of Jewellery Design of IED Torino, will lead participants in creating a framework for enhancing the photo icon with an object that becomes a design element constructed with poor materials such as paper, but valuable as sacramentals of the typical paperoles.
